On behalf of the Board of Directors, welcome to our community website. Feel free to explore the features available to the public on this site. We are proud to be residents of a community that promotes a healthy life style and volunteer involvement. Our amenity package offers something for everyone, no matter what age. Winding River Plantation and our Seaside neighborhood at Holden Beach are truly the best places to live in North Carolina! We've put information about our community association online in order to make the public aware of the value to be found here in the heart of Brunswick County, NC.
We are also pleased to provide our members with more convenience and a wealth of information and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents and forms; utilize the member directory; and much more. We're excited about offering these services and consider it a valuable communication tool for the Winding River community.

Pursuant to Section 7A-38.3F of the North Carolina General Statutes, all members are hereby informed that you have a right to initiate mediation pursuant to the terms of the statute to try to resolve a dispute with the Association. Both the homeowner and the Association must agree to mediate the dispute, and each side is responsible for splitting the cost of the mediation, including payment of a professional mediator. The mediation process is an opportunity to reach an agreement to resolve a dispute - neither side gives up their right to go to court to have a judge resolve the dispute if the parties are not able to reach an agreement through mediation. The specific process to initiate voluntary mediation is outlined in Section 7A-38.3F of the North Carolina General Statutes.
