- Send emails directly to your Association Board and management company through your personal message center.
To make your payments online, please login to your Owner account. (if you have not logged on before, please click on the register button and follow the instructions to obtain a username and password). Once you have registered online, please select the "Pay Assessments" button.
Now that you are logged in go to the "My Profile" page. Under the section "Login Information" type in your chosen password, type it again into 'confirm password', scroll to the bottom and click on "Submit". You now have access with your email and your chosen password.
FIRST TIME USERS WEBSITE ACCESS
If this is your first visit to the NEW website you will need to get REGISTERED to access the community information. Your old user ID and password will NOT work with the new website. Just click on "Register" on the left and fill in the form.
If you do not know your Villages at Brunswick Forest account number - please just leave that box blank and fill in the remaining owner information and choose "submit". The "street address" is the property address, and "unit" can be left blank as this is non-specific to Brunswick Forest.
Your User ID will be the email address that you register with and a computer generated password will be sent to you within 48 hours.
Pursuant to Section 7A-38.3F of the North Carolina General Statutes, members are notified that they may initiate mediation to try to resolve a dispute with the Association. Mediation of HOA disputes is voluntary and the Association has the right to decline. Any costs of mediation, including the mediator's fees, shall be shared equally by the parties. (NOTE: Disputes related solely to a member's failure to timely pay an Association assessment or any fines or fees associated with the levying or collection of an Association assessment are not covered by the mediation statute.)
